本網訊(xun) 內蒙(meng)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)長(chang)城(cheng)二礦(kuang)充(chong)分(fen)發揮工(gong)會組織維護、建設、參與、教育職能(neng)(neng),著力構建和諧勞動(dong)關(guan)系,實現企業職工(gong)互利(li)共(gong)贏,為促進礦(kuang)井年度(du)目(mu)標任務完成(cheng)作出積(ji)極貢獻。

該(gai)礦(kuang)(kuang)工(gong)(gong)會引導廣(guang)大(da)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)在(zai)推進礦(kuang)(kuang)井(jing)跨越(yue)中建功立業。要求各車(che)間工(gong)(gong)會要組(zu)織(zhi)開(kai)(kai)展多(duo)(duo)層次、多(duo)(duo)類型(xing)、多(duo)(duo)形式的競(jing)賽(sai)活(huo)動(dong)(dong),發揮基層優勢,搭建競(jing)技(ji)平臺,形成(cheng)學技(ji)術、鉆業務、爭先(xian)(xian)進的濃厚氛圍(wei)。該(gai)礦(kuang)(kuang)工(gong)(gong)會從維護職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)勞動(dong)(dong)安(an)全(quan)(quan)和職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業健康(kang)入手,把深(shen)化安(an)全(quan)(quan)放心工(gong)(gong)程與完善安(an)全(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)群(qun)眾監督責任體系、加強班組(zu)安(an)全(quan)(quan)管(guan)理、深(shen)入開(kai)(kai)展“安(an)康(kang)杯(bei)”競(jing)賽(sai)、“雙先(xian)(xian)雙優”競(jing)賽(sai)、創建有機(ji)融合在(zai)一起(qi),切實(shi)發揮群(qun)監員作用,維護職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的安(an)全(quan)(quan)健康(kang)權益。開(kai)(kai)展深(shen)化女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)建功立業活(huo)動(dong)(dong),圍(wei)繞“樹(shu)立新理念、創造新業績、爭做新女(nv)(nv)性(xing)”的工(gong)(gong)作目標(biao),大(da)力實(shi)施巾(jin)幗建功立業工(gong)(gong)程,將(jiang)女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)建功立業活(huo)動(dong)(dong)融入礦(kuang)(kuang)井(jing)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)經營(ying)之(zhi)中,采取多(duo)(duo)種形式組(zu)織(zhi)開(kai)(kai)展技(ji)能比武、創新競(jing)賽(sai)活(huo)動(dong)(dong),激(ji)勵女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)爭當“巾(jin)幗標(biao)兵”、創建“巾(jin)幗標(biao)兵崗(gang)”。推廣(guang)女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)特(te)殊疾病互(hu)助保(bao)障(zhang),深(shen)化“關愛女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)健康(kang)行(xing)”活(huo)動(dong)(dong),讓“女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)關愛行(xing)動(dong)(dong)”惠及更(geng)多(duo)(duo)女(nv)(nv)性(xing)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)。

為了(le)讓職(zhi)工勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)更加體(ti)(ti)(ti)面、更有(you)尊嚴,該礦工會加強(qiang)源(yuan)頭(tou)參與和(he)(he)宏觀維護(hu),完(wan)(wan)善(shan)(shan)(shan)定期向(xiang)黨委匯報制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)、聯席會議制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)、平等(deng)協商簽(qian)訂集體(ti)(ti)(ti)合同制(zhi)(zhi)度(du);完(wan)(wan)善(shan)(shan)(shan)和(he)(he)規范(fan)職(zhi)代會制(zhi)(zhi)度(du),確(que)保(bao)車間層面會議定期召開、程(cheng)序規范(fan)、內(nei)容充(chong)實、職(zhi)權到位(wei),確(que)保(bao)重大問(wen)題(ti)(ti)(ti)集體(ti)(ti)(ti)研究、集體(ti)(ti)(ti)討(tao)論、集體(ti)(ti)(ti)表決,對涉及(ji)職(zhi)工切身(shen)利(li)益(yi)的(de)(de)重大問(wen)題(ti)(ti)(ti)一律經職(zhi)代會討(tao)論通過。進一步完(wan)(wan)善(shan)(shan)(shan)職(zhi)工訴求(qiu)(qiu)表達機制(zhi)(zhi),利(li)用(yong)(yong)現有(you)的(de)(de)傳(chuan)播(bo)系(xi)(xi)統和(he)(he)網(wang)絡資(zi)源(yuan),完(wan)(wan)善(shan)(shan)(shan)礦政策信息公開平臺,使職(zhi)工方便快捷、全面準確(que)地查詢相關規章(zhang)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)以及(ji)個人業績利(li)益(yi),通過了(le)解(jie)政策、運(yun)用(yong)(yong)政策來維護(hu)自(zi)身(shen)的(de)(de)合法權益(yi)。設立“福(fu)城民(min)生”服務微信群安(an)排(pai)有(you)關人員負責(ze)解(jie)答(da)熱點(dian)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)(ti),引導職(zhi)工理(li)性(xing)合法地表達利(li)益(yi)訴求(qiu)(qiu),對需要礦科室部門回答(da)的(de)(de)專業問(wen)題(ti)(ti)(ti),及(ji)時轉達,并反(fan)饋給咨(zi)詢或提出問(wen)題(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)職(zhi)工。完(wan)(wan)善(shan)(shan)(shan)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)關系(xi)(xi)預警機制(zhi)(zhi),定期分析職(zhi)工隊伍(wu)狀(zhuang)況、勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)關系(xi)(xi)矛盾狀(zhuang)況,完(wan)(wan)善(shan)(shan)(shan)矛盾糾(jiu)紛排(pai)查工作制(zhi)(zhi)度(du),增強(qiang)調處的(de)(de)及(ji)時性(xing)和(he)(he)有(you)效性(xing);發揮勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)爭議調解(jie)組(zu)織的(de)(de)作用(yong)(yong),及(ji)時發現并妥善(shan)(shan)(shan)解(jie)決侵害職(zhi)工合法權益(yi)的(de)(de)突出問(wen)題(ti)(ti)(ti),推動(dong)(dong)礦井與職(zhi)工的(de)(de)共同發展、和(he)(he)諧發展。
