培育智(zhi)慧(hui)黨員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),提升素(su)質緊跟(gen)新(xin)時代步伐(fa)。該(gai)礦緊扣“不(bu)忘(wang)初心(xin)、牢記(ji)使命”主題教育,牢牢把握意識形態工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)主動權,整合燈塔黨建、學(xue)(xue)習強(qiang)國、微信公眾(zhong)號(hao)等全(quan)(quan)媒體優(you)質資(zi)源,打(da)(da)造以報、網(wang)、端、微為(wei)支撐的“孫煤紅(hong)色中央廚(chu)房”,解決黨員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)群眾(zhong)思想(xiang)上(shang)的“隱(yin)性饑餓”。將各類(lei)政治學(xue)(xue)習資(zi)料打(da)(da)包(bao)制(zhi)定“必選套餐”的同時,根據受(shou)眾(zhong)群體的不(bu)同,推送聲光影“個(ge)性化套餐”,給方向、給方法(fa),促提升。對(dui)重點工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中涌現(xian)出的典型(xing),形成發(fa)現(xian)、提煉、推介流程化選樹工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)機制(zhi),打(da)(da)造了一批可(ke)信可(ke)學(xue)(xue)可(ke)復制(zhi)的“紅(hong)領之星”,見賢思齊蔚(yu)然成風。引(yin)入“知識付(fu)費(fei)”模式,收購(gou)技術(shu)大拿授(shou)課視頻(pin)、明(ming)碼標(biao)價(jia)征集(ji)“萬萬沒想(xiang)到(dao)”安全(quan)(quan)隱(yin)患,真正將全(quan)(quan)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)干事創業的力量凝聚到(dao)謀(mou)久調優(you)、內涵提升、高(gao)質量發(fa)展的實踐(jian)行動上(shang)來。

打造智(zhi)(zhi)慧平(ping)臺(tai),聚焦重點(dian)(dian)強化(hua)示范引領。扎實推(tui)進黨建(jian)(jian)工程“十百千”示范引領,建(jian)(jian)成了一(yi)元(yuan)引領、四大(da)支(zhi)撐、N點(dian)(dian)發(fa)力“1+4+N”紅(hong)(hong)領智(zhi)(zhi)慧生態園(yuan)。一(yi)元(yuan)引領,做實紅(hong)(hong)領根(gen)據(ju)地(di)。深化(hua)黨群各(ge)專業工作(zuo)職(zhi)能(neng)(neng),建(jian)(jian)成機關政(zheng)工人員(yuan)的(de)(de)“工作(zuo)室”,基層黨群隊伍的(de)(de)“大(da)學校”,全(quan)(quan)礦(kuang)黨建(jian)(jian)項目的(de)(de)“孵化(hua)園(yuan)”,增強輻射帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)用。四大(da)支(zhi)撐,做優(you)四大(da)陣地(di)。以毛主席雕像(xiang)為中心(xin)(xin)點(dian)(dian)、配套入黨誓詞墻,建(jian)(jian)成初心(xin)(xin)源地(di),通(tong)過尋根(gen)溯源,讓全(quan)(quan)礦(kuang)干部職(zhi)工找到(dao)企(qi)業怎么來的(de)(de)根(gen),擺正發(fa)展為了誰的(de)(de)心(xin)(xin);集全(quan)(quan)體黨員(yuan)智(zhi)(zhi)慧,創建(jian)(jian)了紅(hong)(hong)領創客聯盟,設立(li)13個黨員(yuan)創客分中心(xin)(xin),推(tui)行黨員(yuan)首(shou)席專家制,給(gei)資金、給(gei)政(zheng)策(ce)、給(gei)平(ping)臺(tai),攻克重大(da)課題130余項,創經濟效(xiao)益過億(yi)元(yuan);挖掘(jue)百年孫煤厚重的(de)(de)歷(li)史(shi)資源和文(wen)化(hua)底蘊,建(jian)(jian)成紅(hong)(hong)領礦(kuang)史(shi)館(guan)(guan),一(yi)館(guan)(guan)讀懂(dong)過去、認識(shi)現在、照(zhao)見未來;在職(zhi)工上下井必經之(zhi)路建(jian)(jian)設新時代職(zhi)工之(zhi)家,以黨建(jian)(jian)帶(dai)工建(jian)(jian),讓職(zhi)工感受(shou)到(dao)家庭般的(de)(de)溫暖,親人般的(de)(de)關懷(huai)。N點(dian)(dian)發(fa)力,推(tui)出一(yi)批硬品(pin)牌(pai)。在全(quan)(quan)礦(kuang)支(zhi)部建(jian)(jian)立(li)各(ge)具特色的(de)(de)紅(hong)(hong)領驛站,涌(yong)現出“紅(hong)(hong)領智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)面”“紅(hong)(hong)領新動(dong)(dong)力”“藍(lan)盾之(zhi)家”一(yi)批黨建(jian)(jian)示范點(dian)(dian),調度指揮中心(xin)(xin)、便民服務(wu)臺(tai)、紅(hong)(hong)領擺渡車等一(yi)批黨員(yuan)示范崗,為礦(kuang)井高質(zhi)量發(fa)展注入了紅(hong)(hong)色引擎(qing)。
